Since 1982 Adriana has carried out an intense didactic activity in Italy and abroad, offering choreographic workshops and themed seminaries on movement, very soon favouring contexts that have allowed the developing of a cyclic and in-depth work.
The years of productive didactic experiences triggered her interest in pedagogic research, leading her to elaborate a personal methodological and functional approach, both to her choreographic composition and to her work on the body. These explorations led up to her precious encounter with the music pedagogue Antonella Talamonti.
Since 1997, Adriana has shared ideas and pedagogic findings with her, through frequent collaborations both theoretical and fieldwork.
Adriana has worked with important institutions such as La Biennale di Venezia, Fondazione Romaeuropa, Università La Sapienza di Roma, Civica Scuola di Arte Drammatica Paolo Grassi di Milano, CRUD – l’Università di Torino…
From 1998 to present Adriana has collaborated with the Accademia Nazionale di Danza: as a Guest Choreographer, creating several productions for large collectives (see page “Guest Choreographer”) and as Guest Professor for the two year Specialist course in Choreography (modules in choreographic composition and methodology of composition).
