THE TRAINING

Her training is based on the deep and conscious experience of one’s own body. Movement is felt as ceaseless transformation – transition of forms – in equilibrium between full and empty, tension and expansion; ergonomics, state of relaxation, economy of the effort, optimizing achievement are some of the principles underpinning practice.

The practice of listening to one’s own and others’ musicality of movement aims at expanding and refining perceptive, sensorial and analytic skills, producing a natural development of technic and proprioceptive.
